Meeting
description:
"Monday
Morning Dread" is not just a morale problem,
it is a performance problem! Disillusioned workers
disengage; disengaged workers do not perform.
Dissatisfaction is so prevalent today that to
enhance results we must start by reestablishing
engagement. Such a systemic problem involving
both partnerships and results requires
a systemic solution. This session will teach
a structured way to approach issues of work
dissatisfaction and Monday Morning Dread.
Participants will practice with a methodology
to identify, diagnose, and repair the root causes
of dissatisfaction before it can cause any more
damage to results, relationships, or output.
Only through observation, identification, and
corrective action can the driving forces behind
workplace disengagement be addressed. Otherwise,
they fester in the background, and disable even
the most well-researched and well-intentioned
performance enhancement initiatives. Practice
creating more enjoyable, more engaging work
for yourself and your clients right now...and
see results right now.
