Daniel will speak on: "A Problem Solving Model For Management"

Join us at the next NM ISPI meeting. Dan Roberts of Sandia National Laboratories will explain how to apply Human Performance Technology to any organization. He will focus on the Behavior Engineering, which is part of ISPI’s Human Performance Technology model. Dan will show you how to use it as a diagnostic tool in for identifying organizational interventions in the workplace.

About the Speaker:

Daniel Roberts is a graduate of the University of New Mexico and holds a Masters of Art degree in organizational learning and instructional technology and is a Lean Six Sigma green belt. He currently works at Sandia National Laboratories as an Instructional Designer.
